  1. General Details

    MiniDis ADXpert Atmospheric Distillation System was developed for distillation analyzes as a completely independent unit with its compact and portable structure. With this system, designed for quality control applications in laboratory and field environments, analysis time is only 15 minutes and analyzes are performed with as little as 6 mL of sample. Thanks to the ergonomic size of the device, it can be used easily in places where laboratory space is limited or not available.

    The MINIDIS ADXpert Distillator performs all operations fully automatically throughout the analysis, from sample taking, steam temperature recording, volume recordings and calculation of the distillation curve. No cooling etc. required for analyses. It does not require sample preparation or analysis prior knowledge input. It provides high repeatability between analyzes with its fully automatic cleaning feature.

    The MiniDis ADXpert Distillation Device operates in accordance with the ASTM D7344 standard, the mini method for distillation of petroleum products at atmospheric pressure, and produces detailed ASTM D86 test reports. It has a high-precision volume measurement unit and performs analyzes within the repeatability requirements in accordance with the ASTM D86 standard. MiniDis ADXpert is suitable for various gasoline, jet fuel, diesel products (0-4 groups), biofuels, solvents, aromatics, organic liquids, chemicals, etc. It enables precise and automatic testing of samples.

    MINIDIS ADXpert Atmospheric Distillation System is suitable for use in any environment with its robust external structure and portability. Optionally, it also has the feature of working with a 12V vehicle adapter. In this way, it can be easily used in harsh environmental conditions such as field or mobile laboratory.
